Principle
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no ad networks and no embedded third-party content. Fonts and all logos are served locally; no external CDNs are contacted at runtime. There is no contact form; contact is made by email.
Local storage in your browser
No cookies are set. For two purely functional purposes, however, a small amount of data is stored locally in your browser. This data stays on your device only, is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is not used for analytics, recognition or tracking:
- Language hint (localStorage, key
kosche_lang_hint): remembers that you dismissed the one-time language-selection hint, so it does not reappear. - Offline cache (Cache Storage / service worker): if you install the site as an app or revisit it, pages and static files (fonts, logos, scripts) are stored in the browser cache so the site loads faster and works offline. Only this website’s own public resources are stored.
Because this storage is strictly necessary for the functionality you requested and is not used for any analytics or tracking, no consent is required (Sec. 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings or site storage.
Hosting and server log data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, which processes the data on our behalf (processing under Art. 28 GDPR). A data-processing agreement is in place with the provider.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data is processed (e.g. shortened/full IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, user agent) in order to deliver the site and ensure secure operation. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in stable, secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your details are processed to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is not passed on without your consent and is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise them, contact the email address given above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, for example the state authority responsible for your place of residence.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
